At the meeting point of ecology and community, the Tata Eco City master plan draws synergies from its surroundings to support an active, healthy lifestyle and foster innovation.
The design
A thoughtful mix of residential, civic, retail, hotel, office and medical uses sits at an FAR of 1.0, with a substantial 20% of the site dedicated to parks and open space — golf, wetlands, academies and neighbourhood greens.
Details
Located in the city's prime growth region, three kilometres from the international airport, the plan is structured around walkable 400 m clusters and a layered open-space network.
