anushree design studio (ADS) is an architecture and design practice with over 20 years of experience delivering designed and executed projects across residential villas, villa developments, and office interior and exterior spaces. We work closely with small and mid-scale builders, developers and landowners — offering practical, cost-efficient and buildable solutions, rooted in a deep understanding of builder requirements, construction realities and market-driven design.

Anushree spent twelve years in some of the world's most demanding studios — designing towers at Gensler, where she also led sustainability and built passive-design tools, and serving as lead architect on India's tallest government building with Foster + Partners. In 2019 she brought that rigour home to Bengaluru and founded the studio. Today, as Head of Architecture at Atmos, she carries villa communities from feasibility to handover — a 32-acre community delivered concept-to-execution, 150 more acres in planning. She reads a developer's numbers as fluently as a family's daily life; and, away from the drawing board, she is a trained classical singer and Kathak dancer.
