A bespoke private residence currently under construction — a family villa planned around a dramatic double-height living volume that pulls daylight deep into the plan.
The design
A sculpted curved balcony overlooks the living space and a cantilevered staircase threads the levels, while full-height glazing opens the interior to the garden and the hills beyond.
