The brief
A bespoke luxury villa currently in progress — designed as a warm, contemporary family home where a double-height living volume opens through full-height glazing to garden and greenery.
The design
The interiors are resolved in a restrained, tactile palette: stone-and-brass kitchens, layered living spaces and spa-like bathrooms that borrow light and planting from the outside.

Now under construction, the home is being built from the foundation upward — the design intent carried from the 3D plan all the way to site.
