Neotown proposes a CSR residential development for Mauritian residents — primarily middle-income, younger families and professionals — delivering a product well within budget and rooted in the local setting.
The design
The big idea redirects the existing master-plan axis into the plot, giving the site maximum commercial value while creating a calm, pedestrian-priority corridor for relaxation.
Details
A clubhouse forms the bridge between tall towers, low podium and generous landscape — resolving the contradiction of scale into a single harmonious whole.
