The brief
Shamshabad is a 4.5-acre boutique gated community in Shamshabad, Hyderabad — launched two years ago and currently under construction, developed in collaboration with Sky Reach Villas.
The design
Envisioned as a thoughtfully planned micro-gated community, it prioritises quality, functionality and a strong sense of belonging. The master plan sets contemporary 3 and 4 BHK G+2 independent villas on plots from 164 to 316 sq. yards, with built-up areas between 2,366 and 3,256 sq. ft.
Details
Each home is designed to maximise natural light, ventilation and spatial efficiency — with dedicated parking, Vāstu-compliant planning and private terrace spaces that balance architecture, landscape and modern living.
