The brief
Adjacent to a major rail and bus interchange, Jubilee House proposes student accommodation and a fashion hub on a constrained, overlooked site within a conservation area.

The design
At lower levels the complex splits into two towers: rooms in the shorter East tower are reached via the taller West tower's lift core along a spectacular bridge, with communal lounges clustered at the entrance.

Details
An east–west orientation avoids overlooking, set-backs respect the neighbouring tower, and the cellular quality of the rooms is expressed across a carefully refurbished façade.
