The brief
A large gated community on a 150-acre parcel in Hoskote, currently under construction across Phases 1 and 2, developed with Atmos Lifestyle.
The design
Eastfields develops a family of villa typologies — the Bloom and Veil series — designed for 30×50 east-facing plots in G+1, G+1.5 and G+2 configurations. Standardised yet expressive, they let a builder deliver a consistent architectural language across the community while optimising floor plans, frontage and façade rhythm for market appeal.
Details
Each plan is resolved for buildability: efficient cores, generous double-height moments, and terraces that extend living space upward without inflating the footprint.
